Where We Teach

We are based at Hartford, CT. (KHFD). Hartford is an ideal airport for training. Its intersecting runways allow you to either avoid or seek out cross winds. There is a sod runway open from May through November. The runways themselves are in excellent condition, with lots of space around them. The airport is tower controlled, so you will polish not only your flying skills, but your radio and terminal area skills also.

In addition, there are several small and challenging non-towered airports within 10 minutes flying time of Hartford, CT.
